About the Job
We’re looking for a supervisor to lead a crew of 2-4 in various construction activities. Our team is motivated and collaborative, and we seek candidates who share these qualities.

- Organize and plan daily work for yourself and your crew.
- Manage tools, materials, and equipment for projects.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager and clients.
- Maintain a professional and safe work environment for your crew and subcontractors.
- Implement efficient methodologies to ensure high-quality project completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a foreman role.
- At least 2 years of concrete experience.
- Equipment operation skills (excavators/skid-steers).
- Asphalt experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Health card and ability to drive a truck and trailer are mandatory.
- OSHA 10, MCLP, or MCH certification is a plus.
